I used a lot of veggies this week. I use a lot of veggies anyway, but more this week because I was more concentrated on getting enough nutrients and having a variety of stuff to eat.
I only cooked brown rice this week. We eat a ton of rice in my house. Although I know brown is healthier, I eat the white rice, but not anymore! I will not be returning to white rice.
I made a Cucumber Salad using lemon juice and NOT vinegar.
I had Mulberries all week until I ran out.
I made a Walnut Smoothie. Simple. simple. simple.
Frozen bananas
Handful of walnuts
honey
a little water to thin it out and give smoothie consistency
We walked a lot this week.
I drank lots of water!
and yes, more fruit!

I'll have to try that walnut smoothie - it sounds awesome! All your food looks delicious. I am trying to go towards eating more healthfully.

My mother-in-law is currently doing the Daniel fast with some ladies from our church. Lots of fruits and veggies for her, too.
